I like that it allows me as an individual user to create my own templates for tasks/projects in order to save time with repetitive workflows.
The interface can be difficult at times when you are trying figure something out or using new features which may not have been fully explained by your support team yet (this has happened more than once). It's also very easy to lose track if there are multiple people working within one project so we often end up duplicating efforts instead of completing them all together. Using this tool makes sure our projects run smoothly from start-to finish without missing anything along the way! We've seen significant improvements since implementing CMPO into our workflow process across several departments including HR & Payroll - saving us hours each week just doing what was already being done but much quicker now via automation through their platform.
