Good advice but not new DVD, old footage in a shrink-wrapped DVD
I loved this DVD because I had a fiery needle rag am. But it appeared to be created in the late 1980's, and I did fall asleep more than once or twice! That's why I say it needs an update. But if you have no other way to learn, BUY IT. This really helps a lot with split rings. This information is hard to come by, so I say BUY IT and pass it on to others so we can start tatting again!
