Excellent post-workout blend. My husband had discomfort (muscle pain for more than a day) after each workout, even though he trained once every few days. I heard about using this product from a friend and she was right - he saw an improvement after the second use. My husband uses it mainly as a post workout recovery drink and it has brought him many improvements.
