I liked the price. I liked that I received an email hoping I liked the product. I did not like that the instructions for installing the damper did not come and that it was significantly inferior to the factory damper. It works, but you have to hold onto the toilet handle until the waste is flushed, so you can't take advantage of the toilet's design to only use 1.28 gallons per flush. I found an exact replacement for my OEM at Home Depot that includes important information such as: B. which mounting hole to use for the chain. By the way, although I replied to the letter, I never received a reply from the seller. All in all, not the best purchase I've made from Revain. I will not buy anything from this seller again.
