I installed five of these, bought all at the same time. The rubber was very thin compared to the OEM damper. In just 15 months, the material deteriorated and the dome holding the chain collapsed. Everything had to be replaced as it was no longer working properly. No chemicals or bleach were used in the toilet bowls. I bought another brand with better material. Love that it was cheaper than hardware store or direct from Toto and easy to install. I have no dislikes. I had to buy this because my old valve was leaking, I knew it was leaking because I could hear the water valve turning on and off, and also did a leak test by dropping colored pills into my toilet tank when it leaked water into the toilet bowl changes color. It was easy to install (actually they all are) but about 1 out of 3 times the valve won't go back making the toilet flush forever. I think the rubber holes have a lot more friction than the plastic holes the original comes with. Unfortunately, you can find out by waiting a few minutes. If the toilet still fills the cistern, you need to open the cistern and press the latch.

Very easy to install. The main thing is a small metal fastener that fits into the damper. You will need to manipulate the needle tip and/or other pliers to ensure the pointed ends are flat and parallel to each other. Toto Supreme series toilet flap is outdated and leaking. After looking at the part number I found that part numbers THU140S and THU275S matched this style and both have been changed to THU499S.
