We ordered a total of two bottles plus ammonia. Our water converters are normal and ready to use. Received water with up to 4ppm ammonia and waited a week after adding the first bottle, making sure the parameters were checked every day. Were there a few more days while waiting for a new bottle to arrive, thinking we had just received a fake. Go through the same process again with the second bottle and nothing. We emailed DrTimms customer support and exchanged views. They agreed that the parameters of our water were good and asked where we bought it. We told them Revain and said nothing. We chose Seachem Stability and Tetra Safestart Plus.
