Review on 🚗 MNJ Motor Toyota Fog Lights Symbol Push Switch with Wiring Kit - White (Surface Size 1.54 x 0.83 inches) by James Ohlrogge

This switch was purchased to replace a cheaper version that came with fog lights. The MRJ switch has beautiful white backlit graphics to match our 2013 Tacoma Factory Switches. If you connect these correctly, when you turn on the parking/parking lights, the word "FOG LIGHTS" (bottom of switch) will illuminate and the graphic (top of switch) will glow slightly. When you move the fog light switch to the on position, the graphic will illuminate at full brightness to indicate that the fog lights are on. As with all switches of this type you MUST connect them to a relay to control the lights rather than using the switch itself to switch the 12v supply to the auxiliary lights. If you connect the circuit breaker directly to the auxiliary lights, DESTROY THE SWITCH, or worse, your car. If you don't understand what relays are used for and why there are already dozens of relays used in your car to switch high currents, stop now and find someone who knows about car wiring. There are many reviews of these switches claiming that the switch melted and burned when plugged in - a sure sign that the switch was misused without a relay to control the high wattage of the auxiliary lighting.
