The chart for size is different

I like the comfort and color of the material. It is very bright and I feel secure wearing it. My only concern are the measurements provided on the chart. The medium size measured 47.2 inches for the chest. Taking into consideration, I would be able to wear this over a jacket. When I received this product, the chest measurement read 40-41 inches. I can wear a heavy shirt underneath the vest, but not a jacket.

Pros

I like the pockets and that is zip up.

Cons

The vest can become uncomfortably hot when worn for extended periods of time
