I bought this 0-6 set to keep next to another machine I'm working on so I don't have to keep working. round trip. Out of the box 5 out of 6 was accurate, even by my Starrett standards one was only a few tenths which didn't matter much. I've been waiting to write a review on them because I wanted to know how well they've held their zero during the day and even when they go from the Texan heat to what we call winter, to my surprise they hold up still right where you were a few months ago. Compared to the Mitutoyo they are modeled after, the Mitutoyo is indented where your readings are, they're just drawn.
