After many years of searching I have finally found the perfect combination stone for use in the field. NOTE: THERE IS NO DIAMOND ON THIS. THIS IS A DOUBLE SIDED STONE GRINDING SYSTEM. EXCELLENT / EXCELLENT. CC4 combines two of the best blade repair and restoration stones. The dark side is aggressive enough to fix a minor bug and take care of most dullness issues. The white ceramic side gives a mirror-smooth edge to all the blades I sharpen. The white side marks are from the steel being removed, but if the blade is left wet the marks will soften a bit. I like the light weight of the stone (1.8 oz alone or 2.3 oz in the black leather sheath). If you go to the forest at any time you must press 1 No. 2, this is a rule and also remember that you must carry everything on your back. I believe if you keep your tools in good shape with the right edge symmetry this should be able to bring back any edge clutter you might encounter while walking. Thank you for making a great product.
