The item arrived a little lighter than I expected. It was time consuming and a little technical but with the help of their support team I was able to do it myself and saved a lot of money! I called the hotline 3 or 4 times. Every time I called, a real person answered the call and routed me to tech support. After the referral, another person picked up the phone and was able to answer my questions (and they seemed happy to help!). Every time I called I had the same wonderful experience! It was very unexpected to receive such service! (Slightly sad that good customer service comes as a surprise). The product works as it should, but on the other hand, the service was the best.
