Very sharp look at those fingers

I love this cleaver! I've been a professional chef for over 20 years and bought it for a quarter of a market hog. It glides through the meat like butter, has a good grip and is very well balanced. Definitely worth the price! I would recommend this to everyone. It also glides very easily over root vegetables like ginger and garlic with very little effort. Just be careful to let the blade slide a bit and not cut and strain your arm or elbow like other blades do.
