At first I only gave a 5 star review. So a 4 star rating should be a buy signal for this amazing vintage style bluetooth radio/speaker. I've tried many different speakers and I think this one is fantastic. I bought mine to sit on my desk at work. Sometimes I listen to talk radio and other times I stream Pandora or Spotify via Bluetooth. The radio tuner works very well. Don't forget to connect the included antenna for extra signal amplification. I'm a music lover. Good sound is very important to me. Clear high, mid and low tones. Despite the fact that there is only one speaker, the sound is perfect for my needs. When I want to turn it on, it's also quite loud. It looks great with wood veneer and a vintage 70's aesthetic. The case seems to be well designed in terms of acoustics. I would recommend this speaker for an office, workbench, conservatory or kitchen. In fact, there are enough desktop radios everywhere. This is not a substitute for a good stereo system.
