I've seen a lot of negative feedback about having to take it apart and a lot of others moaning for not paying attention. It works perfectly as described. It's that simple and just common sense. "Before" you go to the second shift? Take an empty bottle and see if it's at the right angle for you. If you want it to face down or level? Continue. Unless? That's easy. Simply flip the "first" layer where the bottle is tilted up. Then continue. It's very strong. Common sense is also required here. Don't put a full 5 gallon water bottle on it when the rest of the rack is empty and expect it to be stable. Start at the bottom and work your way up. Again, just common sense. those where leaks/drips occur? I had "a" bottle that fell out of our car because it came loose and the threads on the lid were frayed. This is the "only" bottle that leaked. If you have faulty or damaged threads on your bottle? Of course they will leak. I have no idea why there are such bad reviews. This product works as advertised.
