Review on Instant Pot Official Cutting Board, 11X14, Bamboo by Joyce Brown
Cooking instructions - good, usefulness - do NOT use knives
I bought the board for the instructions but expected it to be a functional cutting board.
No so! The first cut left a large cut in the plastic that is quite soft and would last maybe a month with daily use. I'm keeping it for the cooking advice but NOT using it as a cutting board.
- I mainly use it for Instapot directions and times.
