Very hard to find 1000mg CAPSULES. They are perfect for those having a hard time swallowing those huge 1000mg pills! I use for herpes and it's better than any drug available! Much better! I only get herpes a few times a year but I hate them! Whenever I have the feeling that something is coming, I take 8000. That starts the healing process immediately! I started with 2000 but found what works for me. However, I don't take them every day. Hope that helps.
