Fragility in massage tools and equipment
I bought this to use for headache and back pain. I like the progressive speed switch. However, it broke after a month. I took it apart and reattached the motor to the belt. This took 3 minutes as any pressure on the massage head will cause the strap to loosen. Can you refund me or replace the product? Lori Domsch
