Great for a boost! for hydration
They really help me with dizziness and fever! I like all flavors except orange. Orange is just rubbish. Strawberry kiwi is my favorite! And I thought I wouldn't like fruit punch or lemon, but they're actually very good. They are not very sweet, but have a pleasant aroma. I ended up splitting 1 packet into two 16oz bags. Bottles because I like diluted taste and they are perfect! I will definitely be buying more strawberry kiwi and maybe lemon kiwi in the future!
