Don't buy a Thios product if you want access to your files.

This is the worst office tool ever supported. I bought this product less than 18 months ago. I had to change my computer and it turned out that the software for my NEAT ND1000 was no longer supported by the company. Two days of tech support and about 8 hours of IT time, I was told I could access my files (via the cloud) on an old computer for $14.99 a month (extortion money). If they could give me access to my files that easily, why are they charging me $14.99 per month to access them? If you decide to buy this product, you must understand that your documents do not belong to you. Once you scan them to your computer, they belong to NEAT. If your computer or software crashes, you know that they (NEAT company) will shake you like a Russian bandit to get your files back.
