Like others here I bought this scanner, scanned my documents then came back and was blackmailed and needed a subscription to get my documents. I didn't want anything in the cloud. Loved it when I first received it in March 2017. It was a brand new scanner. Now it does not submit the documents correctly. The document moves halfway and then stops. Calibration and cleaning also do not work. I tried to contact you but the system keeps saying it can't find my order from you but here it is.

This is the worst office tool ever supported. I bought this product less than 18 months ago. I had to change my computer and it turned out that the software for my NEAT ND1000 was no longer supported by the company.
