URGENT REPLACEMENT NEED!
Loved it when I first received it in March 2017. It was a brand new scanner. Now it does not submit the documents correctly. The document moves halfway and then stops. Calibration and cleaning also do not work. I tried to contact you but the system keeps saying it can't find my order from you but here it is.
