Lenovo W510 Win7 Laptop -> Docking Station -> DVI to HDMI & USB Adapter -> Optiplex 9020M Rear KVM Switch Win10 Shelf HDMI & USB - > Rear KVM Switch 1920 x 1080 Monitor -> Rear KVM Switch Lenovo 14 Year Old Wireless Keyboard + Mouse USB Dongle -> Front KVM Switch I was hoping it would work with this versatile mix of hardware and it does ! Video quality is ok. The switching time isn't lightning fast since the USB needs to be recognized when switching, but not so slow that it bothers me. Small box, fits comfortably on the table under the monitor. My only minor complaint is that the box is so small and light that all the cables attached to it make it difficult to place! Also, I couldn't get the hotkeys to work (no problem, the button on top of the box is easy to press). Keep in mind that if you only want to use this for HDMI switching, you'll still need to plug in USB, as that's where it gets its power.
