Beyond praise! The product definitely deserves your attention.
Has pros: The inhaler helped a lot when I caught some kind of respiratory infection. Portability and noiselessness of the device is a big plus Some cons: The need to change batteries could be a minus. But for those who are forced to use the device more often, you can simply buy batteries. For me it's ok.
