After not having had a scale in YEARS and needing better control of my health and weight, I bought these. The app and all the information it gives you is pretty amazing and detailed. must, but not enjoy. I am trying to lose 10 pounds. In general, I've always been thin and in decent shape. The scale and the app give you a lot of information about your body. Weight, BMI, Body Fat, Body Age (After almost a month of use, my body age is still 1.5 years older than me. It was a wake-up call) Muscle Mass, Skeletal Muscle, and more. I just wanted to lose some weight eating and drinking. Now I understand that I need to change some things in the long run as my body is struggling in areas I never considered (I'm a female, 5ft 4" and weigh 129lbs but my body fat is among other things, too high. Of course I have to build muscle and lose a few kilos) Super value for money I am thrilled and appalled at the same time, but the scales are not to blame!
