The support team is very helpful when you have questions or problems with your account! They are always willing to help if they can - even during non-business hours (which we appreciate so much!) I dislike that there isn't more integration between our accounts which would provide better reporting capabilities across platforms as well. We use several different services like Mailchimp/Hubspot etc., but it's great having one place where all of this data comes together into an easy dashboard viewable by everyone within my organization. Kraftblick has been very helpful in our digital marketing strategy. They have helped us develop a digital marketing plan that has led to us growing our website traffic by over 200%.
