I was very excited to buy/get these. Unfortunately, one strap broke the 2nd time I was carrying it and the other strap broke the 3rd time I was carrying it. Disappointed is an understatement since I spent so much money on these. Another thing I'm having issues with is getting the seat to set up right. Sometimes it takes multiple tries before it actually looks like a seat instead of just laying flat. However, when it does work, it's very comfortable and the heating part is fantastic! The other one's straps are OK, but the button switch broke so I had to put it back together. I haven't used that chair since, so I'm not sure if the fix will stay. I would have returned them right away, but they sent me cardboard instead of the chairs when I 1st ordered them and I didn't want to deal with it again. Plus, I wanted to use them for all the football games. Now I'm out of the return period so I'm stuck with broken chairs that are not worth the money. I would recommend going with a different brand that has hooks on the bottom to attach to the stadium bench instead of the elastic straps.
