Wow I really wanted to like this product. It is very long and beautiful, and I dreamed of spring cleaning the windows of the house with ease next year. But alas, this was not destined to come true. The scrubber side is great and would be good for cleaning windows and maybe removing bugs from a car grill and bumper but I don't need an 81" for that. To be fair when I tried it seemed to work better by pushing it up the window instead of lowering it like a regular scraper. So I took the time to flip the rubber, hoping it was an assembly error. And it was a little bit better, but when you're cleaning the windows in the house, it's pretty tiresome with a good wiper. With the poor, you either smash the window or desperately jump down the stairs. Now I know that sometimes they get better with use for a while, but sometimes they get worse. So I'll try on the lower windows and at least I can wash them with that first. Or maybe there is a way to replace the rubber with something better. Time will tell but for now it's a thumbs down👎, sorry. I don't understand why companies make a potentially good product with bad parts. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ At least I have a long web remover 🕷 .
