Last night a wool jacket was laid on a jute rug and it looked like a little porcupine had burst it open. Cleaning by hand didn't do anything. A quick vertical brush with this brush did the trick, but a horizontal brush (probably with fabric) threw hundreds of fibers into oblivion. Exactly what a good clothes brush should do. I think it will be a strong brush and a good replacement for the antique brush I had for many years and recently lost which was in superlatives. I don't know why they need a "stretch" rating.
