Flickers on start up
Bought a pair of these to replace some Sylvania bulbs that have been in place for over 15 years. The old ones still worked, but one of them was starting slowly and both were blackened on both ends. These EiKo bulbs work and are bright enough, but they flicker quite a bit when first turned on. My old lamps didn't do that. The packaging was minimal. Amazing that they arrived safely.
