Love this collar. I actually lost my remote and ordered a second one because it worked really well and was easy to use and charge. The only thing I wanted to see that wouldn't work was lower vibration and shock settings. It has a wide range, starting from zero, but one is still more than I expected from one. Some collars are difficult to feel at the same level. However, as it turns out, my dog is doing fine and I don't think I really need anything underneath. I would just love the full range control I thought I was going to get. I'm happy with that. The price is very good for such a good collar.
