I have a very nice Cuisinart ice cream maker with a built in compressor. I love using it to make different flavors of ice cream for my family. But until now I've never had a good ice bucket. This pack of 4 Sophico ice cream containers is perfect for the amount of ice cream I usually make at once. I can brew 1 1/2 liters (6 cups) at a time in my machine and the total capacity of these 4 containers is 8 cups. But I usually end up eating a freshly made ice cream. So I fill 2 of those containers with the rest, then make another batch of ice cream with a different flavor and fill the other 2 containers. That gives my family enough ice cream to eat for a while. These containers are very durable and the lids are easy to remove once the ice is frozen.
