I am a licensed massage therapist and have been using Master products for over 8 years. This face pad looks like it uses the same foam or a similar one, but there's a big difference in the fabric. I chose this product because Craftsman has a reputation for durability. There will be many customers using it, which means multiple cleanings and changing installed cases. I know I can trust the quality of Master's fabric, but I have no idea what to expect from "Tao Line", the brand name for this particular face brace. I will say that it goes very well with my two face pads. So if you don't care about the brand, this product seems good. * For those who want to use this product alone in the bed you sleep in, don't expect to be able to sleep face down and breathe normally, this is not designed for that. The foam deflection is designed to protect the eyes from excessive pressure when lying face down. If you need to be secure face down, you can purchase a separate face support specifically designed to stabilize between the mattress and box spring (and they're expensive). This face stand should work perfectly with both (in that sense, as advertised, it's versatile). I will say that it goes very well with my two faceplates.
