Works as advertised

Great support. A little so much but it can lean back to get a better position for me. Very Soft and the cover partially unzips to remove/add the cotton. The head piece buttons onto the top but I removed it. I let it sit for a couple of days before using however it didn't need to be. No smell was detected upon opening. I'd buy it again. I had no problem with the company that sold it. On time and no issues.
