Not sure what this is meant to do. I was looking forward to the hot and cold packs to sooth but they don’t work. They do not heat evenly and even with longer time in the microwave the warmth isn’t enough to feel through the fabric layers to offer any benefit
- Worth the price! Nothing else gave me comfort but this. Definitely helped
- The product may require additional support to stay in place during sleep
