I am very happy with it. I wanted something here that I can see and control my iPod touch, which is great. It is very well made and very safe. I did some videos with him to practice racquetball and ran around the court with him. The rotation is very safe. Many people wondered if it would work on Apple iPod Touch music player - it does. (Mine is the 5th gen - the bands need tweaking so they don't cover up the power button and side volume, but you can do that.) I haven't used it for running long distances, but I think it will be fine without too much exercise. It's not made for big biceps, but if you're looking for a rotating strap for your phone or an IPOD touch for your wrist, this is a well-made product at a reasonable price.
