The best thing about mojosystems was their customer support team, they were always available to assist us with any issues we had or questions i needed help solving. Their pricing structure makes it hard for an organization like ours who are not very tech savvy but still need systems built in house to budget well ahead of time without having all our eggs put into one basket (using 3rd party vendors). They also dont have much experience working within healthcare organizations which caused some confusion when implementing services such as their cloud servers where HIPAA regulations apply at least partially. I will definitely recommend them if you're looking for quality work done quickly and efficiently. Our IT department used third-party providers before hiring this group so there wasn't really anything wrong from those perspectives other than price concerns mentioned above.
