Review on ๐Ÿ”ง Dripless 10oz Ergonomic Caulk Gun for Industrial Use: The Ultimate Composite Tool by Steven Ali

Supposedly professional caulking gun

I bought this caulking gun because I used the same one from another carpenter/craftsman. He said try it and you will never go back to the cheaper ones. I was skeptical but I tried. I felt well done and could easily control the laid out bead. The sealant stopped immediately when I let go of the trigger. So I went online and found the exact same thing here. I used it as a carpenter/craftsman. Sad joke from me. The selected option without drops does not work. Then it presses through the sealant (silicone, roof tar, etc.) for many seconds. So I have to constantly squirt on paper towels or wait and wipe off the excess before getting back to what I was actually working on. I may have stumbled across a bad pistol, but after reading other reviews with the same problem, I should have been more careful with this one. Okay, I'm going back to my $8 pistol that stops when I release the trigger.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Very expensive
