I like that it is easy to use and has the ability to customize many features as needed. It also gives me access to historical data for reporting purposes. Sometimes you have a problem with your printer but it could be because it's old or the service provider might not be able to fix it due to lack of expertise. Also sometimes there are problems with the scanner which can be resolved via email or phone call. Make sure to ask questions during setup so you understand how to resolve any issues. This software helped us streamline our processes by automating some processes previously done manually.
