Review on 💻 Black HP Thunderbolt Dock 230W G2 with Combo Cable - 3TR87UT#ABA by Russell Smith

I bought this product despite the bad reviews and should have known better. The video connections didn't work at all, the monitor recognized it but didn't output anything. I've tried several different monitors and ports, all with the same results. The power and USB ports worked, but I wanted them to be used for the monitor outputs. I sent the item back and said it didn't work. I received an email saying the item was "damaged in the upper right corner". If so this would have happened upon delivery but there is no way to contact the company to let them know. Instead they said the item worked as intended and because it was damaged I was charged a 40% restocking fee. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, buy firecrackers instead. At least this money that you see is ignited in a beautiful flame and does not fly into the void.
