I like that it's flexible - we can customize as much or little of our onboarding process in this program compared to other programs out there! It also has great reporting capabilities so if someone does something wrong they get notified quickly via email instead having them go through an internal ticket system which takes longer than necessary sometimes when things aren't done correctly! The customer support could be better but overall not too many complaints here from my team members who have been using their product over time now!! If anyone wants some assistance setting theirs up please let me know because i'd love help getting mine setup right away. We are able to track all aspects within each client starting at first contact until completion including referrals/leads generated by social media campaigns etc..
