I have been an Ebay customer for several years and I have nothing but praise for the company. Let's hope it stays that way! Great fit! I love shoes! However, this pair of men's sneakers lasted 50 days! Both soles were loose. WOW. THIS IS A MANUFACTURER'S PROBLEM! All I want is a replacement but Ebay doesn't offer easy access to customer service or a phone number to call on my app! I found the CHAT RETURN section but it is pre-populated with generic replies! Does anyone have a phone number or email to contact ebay?
