Everything for one rear wheel. Be careful not to throw away the oil deflector though - this kit doesn't include one (nobody has it) and it's a dealer part that they often don't stock. The protrusions of the oil deflector go to the bearings. Just be sure to note the setting as you go through it all. There are many videos on youtube. When installing, make sure to fill the bearings with grease, since the differential oil will migrate through the bearings after a while. In some videos you put a seal on the axle - NOT. Install it from the side of the wheel and then put it on the axle. I did the opposite (put the oil seal on the axle) and had to do it twice (oil leaked into the differential). I really like that this kit comes with bearings and races - they need to be changed together. New bearings don't last long in old races.
