I really like the handwork and you can tell that the items are of high quality. I got these for my 15x15 cushions that came with my sofa. They were the same size as this cover when flat so I should have known it would be smaller than HxW if a pillow was put in. Inserting the pillow was a bit fiddly due to the small hole, but I managed to insert and position it properly. Because I squished the cushions there, they're a little hard to sit on (although we're used to it now). If you want a softer pillow surface and easier insertion, you can try using a 12x12 pillow insert instead. Personally, I didn't want to shell out and wastefully buy earplugs if I already had them at home. It worked and I got a nice bohemian vibe in my living room. The pillowcases are made of canvas material and have soft fringes/patterns on them.
