Not the best on furniture
The first thing that struck me is that the assembly hardware doesn't hide in the product very well. Who wants to see tons of screws. Also, the holes they go in prevent the screws from sinking into the wood, so you have to be careful not to snag the books and tear them. If you don't screw it to the wall, the book tree leans forward. Who wants to screw things to the wall and drill holes in them. I had to patch the wall every time I wanted to rearrange the room. I've thought about buying another one, will switch to this one.
