I would give 5 stars if it was possible to control the pump system with 2 remotes - one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen like the others (like Kenneth Coleman). I emailed the company about this and wondered if a universal garage door remote could be programmed to do this, but they didn't respond other than to say they would ask the engineers. If anyone has universal garage door distance learning they can try this, post your results here! Haven't tried any of them - I just ask my wife to go upstairs and push the button on the bathroom remote. Finally - when the battery in the remote control is getting low, how to replace it? ---- ------ General note on system installation: Circulating hot water in reverse through the cold line from the highest faucet in the house is genius. Who thought of that? Why didn't I think of this many years ago? Great for saving water. Some complained about hot or warm water in the cold pipe when doing this, which is logical, but for reasons I can't exactly explain, this hasn't happened with us - when the unit turns off (in our house it lasts about 2 minutes ), I have cold water at all cold water taps. And since most of our faucets are below the highest one (where we have the pump), we have very hot water at each hot water faucet seconds after the pump turns off. Because our faucet can easily let air in at the highest point, I installed an air bleed valve on both the hot and cold lines next to the Prozrted pumping system.
