We love this product as a seat for our 4 month old (now 5 month old) baby. He's quite tall now, weighing almost 18 pounds, and I'll admit it's not always easy to pull him out, but he never cries when it takes extra effort to pull him out. Toys still amuse him, and oddly enough, they've become my mainstay at feeding time. We started solid food at 4 months of age on the advice of our pediatrician (and based on our own research). He had great head control but couldn't sit unaided so the high chair didn't really work. Sit Me Up appeared - you remove the toy tray or even the entire tray, and becomes the perfect high chair for the first few months of breastfeeding. It also gives the child a place to spend time.
