Works great. This is in my 2010 Silverado Crew Cab 1500 LT. I got about 1 mpg more, nothing major, but I didn't lose any gas miles. The truck runs more smoothly and you get power immediately when you step on the gas without hesitation. I leave it on, it doesn't drain my battery, it turns off when I turn off the ignition. It has a red light that flashes when the car starts and turns red once plugged in.
