The video guide is wrong.
This spout was purchased to replace a leaking old faucet. The metal and plastic parts of the new fitting are significantly thinner. Spout - it is glued on at the factory and you just have to put it on the dowel on the wall and after cleaning and lubricating the dowel, tighten the screw.
