Organic is really good but there are pros and cons. TOBS is my favorite shaving cream. I use almond, mint and organic. I use the best Edwin Jagger brush, Rockwell 6s razor and Gillette Nacet blades or feathers. I will be comparing organic products to two others I use from TOBS. I've used this about ten times to do a fare check. At first there is a slight smell in the container but it's almost gone then you apply it to the brush and I don't smell the soap and I don't leave an odor on my brush. Next comes the foam. I make face foam and don't use a bowl. The mousse is very similar to the other two I usually use, it might need a bit of water but it's no big deal, I also do two passes and reapply to let it dry a bit but I can die Only slightly dip the tip into the foam. my brush in warm water to add more water. In terms of skin irritation, I don't have sensitive skin, but I can tell my face has turned a little less red from using organic products. The biggest difference I noticed was the smoothness/glide of the razor. It wasn't smooth when I first tried it, I thought I made a mistake buying organic but to my surprise I didn't get any cuts, nicks or soap bars. Don't get me wrong, it's smooth but not as smooth as usual. What I also noticed where the difference was: The bios in the plastic tub are much softer. Still way better than aerosol cans. Organic remedies tend to cost about twice as much as most other TOBS, which is a shame as of May 29th, 2020. I wouldn't spend more than €25 on organic. Remember one great thing about wet shaving: there are many different things that affect your skin type, hair, water, razor, blade and brush. What might be good for me might not be right for you. But I say it's worth a try. I like the fact that organic is even more natural than normal. I eat a lot of organic food and use a lot of organic or natural products, so I'm glad TOBS makes organic products. I will use it regularly, I even ordered an extra one.
