Needed a mount for a small TV in our "attic room". This worked well as we were using a pair of rocker style outdoor gaming chairs. We can tilt the TV down so that the angle is comfortable for the person playing the game. A few months later, the TV is still on and everything seems to be tight. to mount the bracket on the wall, and then mount the TV. I had to disassemble the bracket, attach it to the TV, and then attach it to the bracket. This was a lot easier as there is a screw holding this part together and you can easily install it. The screws that came with the bracket weren't long enough to support our TV (which is 32 inches). As a result, we had to dig out some longer screws to make it work.
